Refund policy

At A1exo, all products are made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this, we have a limited return and refund policy.

1. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or simply deciding you no longer want the item.
Please review product descriptions, size charts, and images carefully before placing your order.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily offer a replacement or refund.

Eligibility:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached if possible).

  • You must provide clear photos of the damage/defect and the shipping label/packaging.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Email us at a1exo@a1exo.com with your Order Number.

  • Include photos showing the issue.

  • We will review your request within 1–2 business days.

If approved:

  • We will send you a return shipping label (when required) or instructions for a replacement.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship a replacement.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded or returned (except for defects):

  • Personalized / custom items (if offered)

  • Items that have been worn or washed

  • Digital downloads or gift cards (if applicable)

6. Refunds Timeline

  • Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

  • Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
