Shipping Policy

At A1exo, we’re excited to get your merch to you as fast as possible. All orders are made-to-order and fulfilled from our production partners in the United States (with additional facilities available worldwide for faster international delivery).

 

Processing & Production Time

  • Orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • During busy periods or new releases, production may take up to 7 business days.​

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the production facility.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • We use reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on your location and chosen shipping speed.

  • Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location, items, and weight.

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed — holidays, weather, or carrier delays may affect arrival.

  • Free Shipping on U.S./Canada/Europe orders over $100 (before tax)

  • Free Shipping on International (Rest of World) orders over $1 (before tax)

Tracking

  • You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track it through the link in your confirmation email or on our site under “Order Status.”

International Orders

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees in your country. These are not included in the shipping price.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays.

Lost, Damaged, or Issues

  • If your package shows as lost for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@a1exo.com.

  • For damaged items, please reply to your order confirmation email with clear photos within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

  • We stand behind our products and will resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You can cancel or modify your order only before it enters production.

  • Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled. Please contact us right away if you need to make a change.
